My husband and I are currently developing our basement and we were looking for a local company to install our flooring. We read nothing but great reviews for Quality Floor Coverings Carpet One Floor & Home, and decided to pop by the showroom. From picking out the flooring, receiving an estimate, to install, the customer service was truly on another level. We cannot express it enough, everyone was extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and just genuinely great people. We have nothing but amazing things to say and we will continue to use them for any future needs, as well as spread the word to others. I highly recommend this place. From the first time we walked in it felt like we were dealing with friends instead a store. We went back and forth a lot on the flooring we wanted and they were patient and helpful with us through the whole process. The installer was top notch as well. Even though it was a predetermined installation rate which he could have rushed through, he took his time to get it done right and even took a little longer than expected and came back for several hours on an extra day just to finish up and make everything perfect. We had picked a product with a more complicated installation method and it looks amazing. We couldn't be happier with our new floor.

Just had these people replace our upstairs carpeting. I would highly recommend using them. They know their stuff, the installer Ian was very good at what he does, his helper Matthew was quick and efficient. Tamara and Graham were really nice to deal with. Great customer service, and very flexible working with our crazy schedules. Installed great quality carpet upstairs and backsplash tile in our kitchen. We get compliments all the time on both. Graham was great and the service was what I expected. They did our carpet in our house 2 years ago and we had not finished the basement yet. Fast forward to today. We finished our basement, Graham came over and did a carpet match. The basement feels like it was all completed at the same time. The work was completed on time and on budget. This company is incredible! They had similar or better prices than box stores in the city and the owner and installers were very friendly and helpful! I ordered my carpet on Monday and they had it all installed by the Friday of the same week which is amazing. Highly recommend! Love using local companies!
